The Final Say TCG is an independent trading card business.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Final Say TCG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., PSA, CGC, Beckett Grading Services, or any other third-party manufacturer, publisher, grading company, or trademark owner.

All third-party trademarks, product names, card artwork, characters, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Card Inspections & Grading

The Final Say TCG is not a third-party grading company.

Any card inspection, condition assessment, grading recommendation, estimated grade range, or opinion provided by The Final Say TCG represents our independent opinion based on what we observe at the time of inspection.

We do not guarantee that PSA, CGC, BGS, or any other grading company will assign a particular grade.

Third-party grading companies make their own independent determinations according to their respective standards.

Collectible Values

Trading cards and collectibles can fluctuate significantly in market value.

Any pricing information, market discussion, valuation, or collectible commentary provided by The Final Say TCG is for informational purposes and does not guarantee future value, resale price, investment performance, or profit.

Customers and collectors are responsible for making their own buying, selling, trading, and grading decisions.
