Refund policy

At The Final Say TCG, collectible condition and market value are important parts of every transaction. Please review all product descriptions and photographs carefully before completing your purchase.
Graded Cards & Single Cards — All Sales Final
ALL SALES OF GRADED CARDS AND INDIVIDUAL TRADING CARD SINGLES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on graded cards or single cards for reasons including:
- Buyer's remorse or accidental purchases
- Changes in market value after purchase
- Disagreement with the condition shown or described in the listing
- Disagreement with a third-party grading company's grade
- A customer's expectation that a card will receive a particular grade if submitted for grading
Whenever possible, photographs show the actual card or slab you will receive. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the listing and photographs before purchasing.
Sealed Products
Unopened sealed products may be returned if a return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be:
- Completely unopened and unused
- In its original factory packaging
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Free from damaged, removed, broken, or altered factory seals or wrapping
Approved sealed-product returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by The Final Say TCG.
Once a sealed product has been opened, the sale is final.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Misrepresented Orders
Our final-sale policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged or materially different from the item purchased, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Return Authorization
Do not return merchandise without authorization from The Final Say TCG.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
When an eligible sealed-product return is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return resulted from an error by The Final Say TCG.

This is the version I'd put on Shopify. One strategic point: “no refunds under any circumstances” is not language I'd use, even if that's what we want operationally. A merchant policy generally can't override consumer protections for things like receiving the wrong merchandise. The wording above gives us a hard final-sale policy on cards without unnecessarily creating that problem.
