Terms of Service — The Final Say TCG

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Final Say TCG website and your purchase of products or services from us.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About The Final Say TCG

The Final Say TCG sells, buys, trades, and evaluates collectible trading cards and related products.

We are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, PSA, CGC, Beckett Grading Services, or other third-party brands or grading companies unless expressly stated.

All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

2. Products and Collectibles

Trading cards are condition-sensitive collectibles.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe products offered for sale. For individual cards and graded cards, photographs will generally represent the actual item being sold unless otherwise stated.

Minor differences in lighting, photography, screen settings, or magnification may affect how an item appears online.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product photographs, descriptions, grades, card numbers, language, set information, and other available information before purchasing.

3. Graded Cards

Grades assigned to graded cards are the opinions of the third-party grading company identified on the slab.

The Final Say TCG does not guarantee or independently warrant a third-party grade.

A graded card's market value may increase or decrease after purchase. Changes in market value do not create a right to a refund, return, exchange, or price adjustment.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all graded-card sales are final.

4. Raw Trading Card Singles

Raw trading cards are evaluated and described to the best of our ability.

Condition assessments are opinions and should not be interpreted as guarantees that a card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, BGS, or another grading company.

We do not guarantee grading outcomes.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, all sales of individual trading-card singles are final.

5. Card Inspection Services

The Final Say TCG may offer card inspection and evaluation services.

We are not a grading company.

Any inspection, grading recommendation, condition assessment, estimated grade range, or statement regarding whether we would personally submit a card for grading represents our opinion based on the card and information available at the time of inspection.

Third-party grading companies apply their own standards and may reach different conclusions.

The Final Say TCG does not guarantee any grade, grading result, increase in value, or financial return.

An inspection should be considered information to assist the collector in making their own decision—not an official grade.

6. Sealed Products

Sealed products must remain completely unopened and in their original factory condition to qualify for an approved return.

Eligible sealed-product returns are subject to the requirements stated in our Refund & Return Policy, including the applicable 10% restocking fee.

Once factory packaging, wrapping, or seals have been opened, removed, broken, or materially altered, the product is considered opened and the sale is final, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Pricing and Availability

Prices may change without notice.

Trading-card and collectible markets can fluctuate significantly. A product's value after purchase may be higher or lower than the price originally paid.

The Final Say TCG does not guarantee future market value, investment performance, collectibility, liquidity, or resale value.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors.

If an error affects an order before fulfillment, we may contact the customer and, where appropriate, cancel the affected transaction and issue any required refund.

8. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Payment fraud
• Unauthorized purchases
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Attempts to abuse promotions or policies
• Resale or purchasing activity that violates stated purchase limits
• Other unlawful or abusive activity

If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, any refund legally due will be returned to the applicable payment method.

9. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders are packaged with reasonable care appropriate for collectible trading cards.

Shipping estimates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our Shipping Policy provides additional terms governing fulfillment and delivery.

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for understanding applicable import requirements in their country.

Customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges may be imposed by the destination country and are generally the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

International shipments may experience customs delays outside our control.

11. Returns and Refunds

Purchases are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

Graded cards: Final sale.

Individual trading-card singles: Final sale.

Opened sealed products: Final sale.

Eligible unopened sealed products: Subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Intellectual Property

The Final Say TCG name, original logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, slogans, branding, and other original materials created by The Final Say TCG may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Website Use

You may not use our website to:

• Commit fraud or unlawful activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce malicious software or code
• Scrape or systematically extract protected website content in violation of applicable law
• Impersonate another person
• Interfere with website operation
• Abuse our checkout, promotional, return, or payment systems

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, or systems.

14. Educational and Market Information

Content published by The Final Say TCG—including videos, card evaluations, market discussions, grading opinions, pricing information, and collecting commentary—is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Market prices and collectible values change continuously.

Nothing we publish constitutes a guarantee of value, investment performance, grading outcome, or future financial return.

Collectors should make their own purchasing, selling, trading, and grading decisions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Final Say TCG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of our website, products, services, market information, or inspection opinions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business, website, products, or services evolve.

The current version will be posted on our website with its applicable effective date.
